A. Each visitor must have a Visitation Request filled out and approved by case management before they will be allowed to visit. A background investigation will be completed on each visitor
B. All visitors are required to sign in at the Control Desk with their state-issued picture identification, or driver’s license and the tag number of their vehicle
C. The only items allowed during visitation are car keys, baby care items, and ID. Violation will result in visit being ended and possible future visits being denied
D. Inmates will not go to living area during the visit without permission from staff or visit will be terminated
E. Bathroom 1 is for visitor’s use only during visiting hours
F. Sexual Activity / Fighting-Verbal or Physical – Visits will be terminated for a period, and inmate(s) will be subject to disciplinary action, to be determined by the Facility Administrator and/or designee.
G. Authorized Areas A. Inmates are to always stay with their visitors. B. Visitors are only authorized to be in the designated visiting areas, visiting room and rec. yard. Visitors may not enter inmate rooms. Visitors may not leave the center and return to visit.
H. Food visits are permitted. All food to be consumed during the visit will be ordered and paid for by visitors at the beginning of the visit. Any left over food will be thrown away or taken by the visitors. No food is to be taken back to inmate’s room!
I. Minors must be approved by Case Manager prior to visiting. Parent or legal guardian must send a copy of the child’s birth certificate to the inmate’s case manager. a) If the inmate is not named on the child’s birth certificate, then the child must be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian.
